Ms. Novita Chopra is an accomplished educationist having an experience of 35 years in the field of education. She has mastered the art of monitoring schools of all levels for their complete administrative and educational needs. Her vision is to help build future ready schools giving quality education so as to prepare career oriented, well informed citizens ready to face ever changing volatile, technologically advanced world. Ms. Novita Chopra is a Post Graduate in Physics from Delhi University. She was a college topper and University rank holder of 1987 Batch.
Ms. Chopra’s area of specialisation includes giving inputs right from the construction of schools to formulating budgets / admission policies, developing administrative manuals and business development programs. Implementing curriculum, recruiting & training staff with innovative skills and taking motivational workshops for students & teachers is her forte.
Ms. Smita Bakshi has an extensive experience in setting up and managing educational operations with ability to research learn and work under pressure. She has flawless Operational effectiveness in Business development, professional services and Financial performances. Ms. Smita Bakshi has an overall 28 years of comprehensive, progressive experience and accomplishment in marketing, academics and management related roles.
She has worked as Director-Marketing and operations at BLS Group Of Institutions since 2014. Her area of specialisation includes formulating Admission policies and implementation,recruitment training and motivating staff, monitoring operations and academics. She Joined “Mother’s Pride chain of Pre-schools” in 1996 as a ‘First Employee’ and contributed to the Growth and Success of the Organisation for 19 years
